Most people begin the year with narcissistic resolutions of improvement. Although refining yourself is noble, it rarely lasts due to a very key element – accountability.</p><br /><p>I think it was John Maxwell that said, <span style='color: #800080;'><strong>“Teamwork makes the dream work.”</strong> </span> If we work together we can get so much more accomplished (including our personal goals).</p><br /><h4><span style='color: #800080;'>6 Quick Perks of Having a Team:</span> </h4><br /><p>1. Achieve more with a team.<br/><br />2. Receive help within the team.<br/><br />3. Be more effective with the team.<br/><br />4. Be extra productive with the team.<br/><br />5. Maximize development while on the team.<br/><br />6. Improve personally, professionally and spiritually on the team.</p><br /><p><span style='color: #800080;'><strong>What is your goal?</strong> </span> If you really want to get something important done this year, create a team.</p><br /><p>Teams are actually a biblical principle.
